The Upper Columbia United Tribes (UCUT), an intertribal coalition dedicated to restoring native fish populations in the Columbia River Basin, is seeking qualified General Contractor/Construction Manager firms to support the design, preconstruction, and construction phases of an interim upstream fish passage facility at Chief Joseph Dam. This critical project represents a major milestone in the UCUT Phase 2 Implementation Plan to reestablish salmon in historical habitat that has been blocked for over 80 years. UCUT invites experienced construction firms with expertise in complex infrastructure projects, federal agency coordination, and alternative delivery methods to submit qualifications.
